Why no price list?
Because every cookbook has a different scope, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Four things shape your quote:
A 60-page ebook and a 250-page hardback are different projects.
Ready photos, photos that need direction, or illustrated recipes.
Print only, or print + Kindle + ePub — each adds files and checks.
A comfortable schedule and a rush job are priced differently.
